Terms of Service

Effective date: July 25, 2026

These Terms govern use of ClaimTag, a repair-workflow app for Shopify retailers provided by Austin Sonoma Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using ClaimTag (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ClaimTag lets a merchant record repair tickets, capture item condition and photos, produce estimates, track repair status, print claim tags, and notify their customers by email and (where enabled) SMS. The Service works alongside a merchant's Shopify store; we are not affiliated with Shopify.

2. Accounts and merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for obtaining any consent required to contact your customers (including SMS opt-in), for safeguarding your account, and for using the Service in compliance with applicable law. You must have the right to store the customer information you record.

3. Customer data and privacy

Repair records and customer contact details entered into the Service belong to the merchant and their customers. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Messaging (SMS)

SMS notifications are transactional and require in-person customer opt-in. The program's terms — message types, frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP handling — are in our SMS Terms. Merchants must only text customers who have opted in.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send marketing messages without consent, to store unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system at the prices shown in the app. SMS, where used, is passed through at cost. Fees are described in the app before you subscribe.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin Sonoma Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes are noted in the app's release notes; we do not make silent changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
