SMS Terms

Effective date: July 25, 2026

These terms govern the text-message (SMS) notifications sent through ClaimTag, a repair-workflow app operated by Austin Sonoma Holdings, LLC. Notifications are sent by repair shops ("merchants") to their own customers about a repair the customer brought in.

1. Program description

ClaimTag SMS is a transactional program. Customers receive updates about the status of a repair they dropped off — for example, "your repair is ready for pickup" — and requests to approve a repair estimate. There is no marketing content.

2. How you opt in

Opt-in happens in person at the shop counter. When you drop off an item for repair, you provide your mobile number and check a box — unchecked by default — to agree to receive SMS status updates from ClaimTag about that repair. ClaimTag sends these updates on behalf of the shop. Consent is recorded with your repair ticket. We do not add numbers any other way.

3. Message frequency

Frequency varies with your repair — typically a handful of messages between drop-off and pickup (for example: received, estimate ready, in progress, ready for pickup).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ClaimTag does not charge you for messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. You can also ask the shop to remove your number.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@claimtag.app, for assistance.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to send you updates about your repair. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
