About ClaimTag

Software that helps repair shops run their repairs — from drop-off to pickup — inside Shopify.

What we do

ClaimTag is a repair-and-service ticketing app for retailers who use Shopify. When a customer brings an item in for repair, the shop uses ClaimTag to record the item and its condition, capture photos, produce an estimate the customer approves, track the repair through each stage, notify the customer by email or text, and print a claim tag with a QR code that links to a live status page. The goal is a documented, dispute-proof record of every repair — the kind of accountability small shops rarely get from a spreadsheet or a paper ticket.

Who we are

ClaimTag is built and operated by Austin Sonoma Holdings, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado, USA. We are an independent software company focused on practical, reliable tools for service and repair businesses. We are not affiliated with Shopify; ClaimTag is an app that works alongside a merchant's Shopify store.

How we handle data

Repair records and customer contact details belong to the merchant and their customers. We store only what the app needs to run, never sell it, and let merchants export or delete their data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
